I'd rate zero if I could, They overcharged me. I was quoted £46 locking wheel nuts and charged £76.80. This is awful. They couldn't even give a simple apology. Worst customer service I've ever received, Strongly advice against using them for anything. They found it a hassle when I requested my tires changed and lied to me on the phone when it came to changing my locking wheel nut

Took my car there for Air conditioner diagnostic and repair, they sorted out the problem efficiently and with no fuss. Very friendly staff and I even managed to get a cup of coffee out of them...shame they didn’t have a hot drinks machine though for the customers.

Very disappointed in the service received from this garage. Recently moved to the area, looking for somewhere reliable to maintain my two vans and cars. Unfortunately I tried this place first. Took my van in for a simple mot, picked it up about three hours later to find that the gearbox had been altered quite drastically making changing gear extremely difficult. Despite the van being in their garage and being worked on by them I was informed that it was nothing to do with them and was offered no explanation as to why the vans gearbox had been altered. If you are looking for a trustworthy and honest garage please avoid this place like the plague. Dishonest cowboys. My van is currently back in my old garage where they will sort out what these cowboys did.

We were let down by another garage 2 days before our vans MoT expired. Called RVS who unlike several other places answered the phone straight away with “I’m sure we can help”. Dropped the van off at 2pm the following day and MoT and requested brake fluid change we’re done by 4pm with a helpful call to let us know it was ready for collection. They have helped with a puncture once before too- we will certainly be using them again. Thanks RVS.

The webasto petrol heater in my Alphard campervan had a fault, which turned out to be a crushed exhaust, not only did they fix the problem but they relocated the exhaust & wiring to help prevent it from happening again. They offered me a lift to Pugh's garden centre while I waited. I chose to walk as it's under 1/4 mile, a lovely offer all the same. 1st class service at affordable prices.
