I don't usually write reviews, but I thought this needed to be mentioned. I usually cut my hair once a years so I don't have a lot of experience as a customer of any hairdresser but I usually have my hair mid-chest all one length. If I want to spice it up I like to get layers sometimes. And that's as far as it goes. So nothing overly complicated to do. I had my hair all one length mid-chest and I wanted it cut 1 inch and add a little bit of layers. Now my hair is at my shoulders..a little bit too short but that's not the issue. If I pick any chunk of hair from the right side of my head, and the symmetric chunk on the left side, they DO NOT match in length. This is quite visible if I have my hair down or if I have a ponytail, there are chunks of hair that don't look symmetrical. I don't know if this was a mistake or not, but I didn't notice till I washed my hair, it's not the end of the world, hair will grow again but I'm not going back to this salon, sorry.

Staff are warm and friendley environment is extremely clean and tidy

A very nicely decorated and very clean salon. I didn't have an appointment but was seen very quickly. I had my hair cut by Chelsea who did a great job. Also very reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning.

Had my hair cut yesterday with Dawn - would highly recommend. Fabulous cutter, reasonable prices and very professional. I have also had hair colouring here as well, long will i continue to be a customer.
