Most of the staff are very pleasant except for one of the receptionists and the Surgery Manager. Pray you never have to make a complain then you will find the Surgery Manager very prejudiced, lacks empathy, rude and very one sided. Rather than try and resolve issues he takes sides. People who attend the Surgery go because they are no feeling fine but they are rather accused wrongly without any reason but because of their colour and size that they have come to attack them so sic.

Been a patient at Queens Crescent since 1979, and have always been happy with the various doctors and staff. The only downside is the recent increase in waiting time for an appointment, but that’s the case everywhere. Thank Westminster for that.

I have been a patient of the surgery for around 15 years or so, first with Dr Shaw and following his retirement, Dr Crighton. Dr Crighton is, in my view, a first rate doctor, with an excellent manner and a deep interest in the well being of his patients. He has been working with the other healthcare professionals involved in the management of my conditions and is very open to patient input and ideas. I have no hesitation in recommending him and the surgery .
