My wife had a baby girl 20/6 in Queen Charlotte. Our experience were really great and really appreciated the team of midwife in the delivery ward with their amazing work which helped us throughout the labour. From the bottom of our heart we like to thank you all and especially big thank you to Ann-Patricia, thank you sooo much!

I visited this hospital on the 11th July 2019. Comparing an animal farm in Switzerland, is more cleaner than this Hospital. I would have hardly vomited in the visitors toilet in the maternity section. My aunt came to visit her new born great grand child and had no chairs to be seated till her turn came to see the baby in the same floor. She has to go back to the ground floor to be seated. The staffs were friendly. I have no stars to give.

Second pregnancy: Antenatal clinic is a mess! One person tells me I need an appointment at 28 weeks and I have a booking for 34. Then, when calling them what's happening, I am told I had an appointment booked 2 weeks ago (at 30 weeks) - of course no one let me know! First pregnancy: I am asking my midwife for a c-sec for medical reasons, she disregards and books me in the birth centre. I believe her that there is no danger. The labour ends up with FORCEPS delivery and a 3b tear. I am still recovering - it's been more than 2 YEARS AGO!!! AVOID THIS HOSPITAL!!!

Absolutely disgraceful - the staff and doctors simply don’t care. We were told this was great for maternity- are we the only ones? They just simply leave you to wait for hours with no follow ups. Triage Reception - disgrace!!!!!

I would give them zero...if there was that option. Avoid this place at all costs...you are never seen on time..ever!!! Every appointment, expect to wait at least 1 hour to be seen..if not more!! No sense of respect for people's time and if you're waiting to see a specialist...she has no clue why you are here....no communication! She might even not look at your issues...if she doesn't have time after you've waited more than an hour to be seen!

Went for my gestational diabetes test today and have to say the organisation is very poor at this hospital. I had an appointment to come in for 9:30 which I did to only the realise it’s not by appointment but a first come first served basis - so what’s the need for the appointment in the first place? It’s already frustrating having to be fasting whilst being pregnant but when you give someone an appointment time that doesn’t even follow through it’s worse. I came in for 9:30 and only took my glucose drink at 11. A whole hour and a half later. Baffles me how they’re top ranking for maternity hospitals in London. When they’re actions like this suggests they have no sympathy for pregnant women

My experience was very good in this hospital, always from the beginning until the birth of my child

5/ 5

My experience was very good in this hospital, always from the beginning until the birth of my child well treated. I had a Cesarean and I can say that this aspect was much better than my first one in my country. My son was born and after a few minutes he had respiratory problems, but the doctors and nurses were always attentive and took good care of him. Food is good, stay clean and rooms clean. the professionals who accompanied me day and night were respectful and friendly people.
