Today i had an invasive proceedure in the day ward, i entered this feeling very scared, the staff were absolutely magnificent and had soon put me at ease and continued to do so throughout the proceedure, nothing was too much for them and i left afterwards humble to their dedication, my next trip will no longer include a sleepless night before - thank you all very much
