The receptionist was kind and peppy we had our own parking garage and two bedroom unit type layout. Access to a pool, sauna and spa but I never got to utilise these. Good for two couples or a couple travelling with kids.

Great place to stay, a 2 min walk from the bay. Pet friendly and a little enclosed yard for our fur baby to go outside safely. Quiet considering there are lots of units. Only thing, we didn't have internet access in the room.

Further to your reply, I was unaware that my husbands also left a review, that shows the impact that this has had on our family. I don't understand how you expect us to be happy to pay TOP DOLLAR for a unit that requires renovation??? We were not informed of this, nor were we given the option to opt out because of this? My daughters both paid half of the accommodation with their Christmas money because we wanted to spoil ourselves after a really hard year. The dryer turns on It was not user error, it doesn't heat up !

Villas were nice and well kept, however, management was inhospitable and had poor manners. When talking to paying guests had no respect at all. No civil conversation between adults. Extremely cold and dismissive towards guests. Very disappointing.
