I recently brought forward a series of complaints regarding an employer who was treating me like dirt due to my extended sick leave from an injury I sustained at work. The solicitor told me there is not much he could do as I was only agency and not employed (dispite the temporary workers bill). He went on to say that it would be a difficult case as for that reason he wouldn't take it on. Advice: if you have an easy case. Persue it yourself and don't give these leeches your 50%. Lawyers are supposed to be motivated by justice not by easy money
