Quality Resort Siesta – Albury-Wodonga

Stayed and dined at the Siesta many times. Parking is great as it is just outside your room and breakfast is also available at an early time for early risers. Food is very good, surprisingly so - the restaurant steaks and drinks I highly recommend and the breakfast is excellent. Would go as far to say the best food of any accommodation I've been to in Albury so far.👍🏿 Rooms can be either way. Those closer to the front are not particularly inviting in decor or creature comforts, but rooms by the pool area are a different story and much more desirable due to a different setup.

I was excited to start my hens weekend celebrations with my best friends, however this was quickly ruined by Lee-Anne at the front desk. When checking in, I was made to pay double the amount stated on the booking confirmation. When questioning this, I was cut off multiple times, had a hand in my face to wave off my concerns, and made to cry in front of everyone during a time in which I should be celebrating. I had 2 rooms booked, one of which had a bathroom that smelled like something was rotting. There were no eating utensils and the rooms had an off smell about them. This is not the way any customer should be treated, let alone given the price we were made to pay for the sub-standard rooms. I will never return to this resort, simply for the customer "service". I do not recommend this facility. In fact, I recommend you avoid this place. Horrible experience.

I've been coming here for over 10 years , and still love coming here . The staff are very friendly and Leane the manager is so welcoming . The groundstaff are very welcoming as well, Jeff one of the workers here is so much always helping you whenever you need anything he is there for you. My kids love coming here . There's so much to do from swimming pools to tennis to golf and much more. You basically don't need to leave once you're here. Very clean rooms. And excellent service. Thanks siesta . I'll definitely give this place a 9 out of 10...

I love love this place ❤ The room was fantastic. The pool is just amazing. The restaurant food is to die for 🤤 just so so so good. Can not wait to go back again soon. Great place for Family's or couples..

Great place would go again. Food great. Older gentleman. At breakfast was great very helpful and a smile on his face. A Little dated , the establishment , as I went there a long time ago . Brought back great memories. Thank you
