I expected the facilities to be of the same quality as the hotel area. Sorely mistaken. It really looks like a dated leisure centre as opposed to a spa. Impossible to relax in a dirty and poorly maintained facility. Everything from the dim unflattering lighting to the dirty floors. My partner and I had to leave within 30mins of arriving. We had a nice lunch at the hotel but honestly I regret paying for this.

We went for a spa day but it's not a spa! It is hotel with very small swimming pool packed with people with children. We booked it 3 weeks before and when we came we didn't have place to seat no chairs no loungers. So we couldn't leave our towels and robes.

Not great - you're better going elsewhere. Pros: fantastic gym, good massage, kind and professional masseuse Cons: limited facilities (only jacuzzi, pool, steam room, and sauna), difficult to book (had to phone a hundred times to get through!), and the staff in the restaurant area are woefully incompetent and frankly a bit rude.

Paid for an hours massage that was cut 25 mins short, I even had to check with the masseuse that her timings were correct to drop a hint. She spoke throughout and it was terrible in quality (pressure VERY light). My partner had the same massage at the same time and was in longer with additional area done. Complained but seem to have been fobbed off to management who ignore me now I am no longer a guest. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise lovely stay
