Love it, great app, saw a Dr in 10 minutes and had my prescription in 45 mins. Good pricing, friendly Dr, so much better than trying to get an appointment at my gp.

I had a consultation in January on the Push Doctor platform, I spoke to a doctor who said I had an ear infection and that as a result I was not in a position to sit my university exam. I agreed and mentioned that I would like a sick note to show my university. He agreed. Fast forward to February, I submitted the document the doctor had sent to me to my university in January, I saw that it was a letter instead of the sick note I requested, I did not make much of this as I thought this was the new sick note format. Fast forward to February, the university refused my medical letter as it is not satisfactory proof of my illness and that I needed to show a sick note. I was confused as I was assured by the doctor that the document he was sending me was a sick note at the time. I rang push doctor customer services who told me that they have no recording of the consultation and they cannot prove that I asked for a sick note and that I must have asked for a medical letter. This is incorrect and I am really angry with the whole situation. I asked if they could convert the medical letter in a sick note and they refused. I am now helpless as the university said that the letter is useless and that I will fail my module as a result. I should have stuck to my GP and not trusted this new service. STAY AWAY!

Brilliant and quick service, kind and caring doctor. Could get an appointment within 5 minutes and couldn’t see my local doctor for another 2 days after many attempts. I would highly recommend this service and will use again.

first time using push doctor and will never use again, paid £30 for a consultation with a doctor that did even know what the medication was that I have been on, she said “ I’ve not heard of that before, I will just have a look online what it is” then continued with “ I don’t know enough about that medication so I’m not prepared to proscribe it” so paid £30 for a doctor that couldn’t answer my questions and didn’t know anything about my medication. I did call and said I was happy and was told I would get a refund within 10 days, I’ve NOT had the refund and it’s been over 10 day.

Please avoid using Push Doctor if you can. I was prescribed a course of medication and told to make an appointment to review and order another months worth of tablets. I rang back yesterday only to be told that last week they aren't allowed to prescribe them any more but they would 'see what they can do'. After hearing nothing I spoke to customer service who were really unhelpful and hadn't even heard that PD aren't allowed to prescribe medication and said I need to dial back in to see another doctor (for an additional fee of course). Now, I don't have the medication I need and have gone off cold turkey which is very dangerous. I can't get an emergency pack from the pharmacist as I threw the box away under the impression that (like always) I'd have my prescription ready the same day. I'd be only mildly annoyed for the bad customer service, but not being told that I couldn't get my prescription and would have to go cold turkey is highly irresponsible and dangerous. Please do not use this service if you have long term health issues.

Shocking! After using the service twice now the actual service (not the doctors) is extremely poor. One the first appointment, I waited one hour and 43 minutes before seeing a doctor, even though for 67 minutes of that I was number 1 in the queue. The second time I received an email 4 minutes prior to my appointment at 10:30 saying due to unforeseen circumstances my appointment had been cancelled. Even more annoying is you then have to contact your GP practice again to receive another referral code as you can’t just book another appointment. Finally after getting another appointment sorted it was the same story as the first time. Appointment at 11:40. At 12:05 i was moved from position 2 to 1 in the queue. 12:08 and I received a message in the app saying there was a 30+ minute delay and if it was urgent to rebook. After an hour and 32 minutes the app kicks me off. I attempted to rejoin my appointment and the app just displayed a loading symbol. Closed the app and tried again and my appointment was no longer available. So I’m now two days and 1:32 of my time missing. It really is terrible. On the one occasion I did actually get to speak to a doctor she was fantastic, my appointment was approximately 8 minutes and everything with sorted with a prescription sent directly to my pharmacy. Once you get to speak to a doctor it’s great but good luck getting there. If paying patients are treated the same as those with NHS referrals then I would seriously find an alternative.

If you like virtual waiting rooms with no communication regarding wait time or if they even know you’re there? Better go to the surgery where you know what’s actually going on. Gave up after 40 mins.

Customer Video didn't work even though test said phone working well with app. No attempt made to see photo of condition. Call dropped Doctor didn't call back. £45 for fews of comment by Doctor. My Dad had excellent service from Medicspot. Push Doctor has made no effort to make amends from very poor experience.
