Decent gym with great PT and fantastic management. It can be busy sometimes but this is normal it depends on what time you going . With the gym app you can checkout how many people are there and you can plan ahead but in general it’s a good gym.

Fantastic trainers, can't speak highly enough about the staff. I have had the opportunity to go to a number of different classes and well as being fortunate enough to have had a couple of personal trainers at Northolt, they are all brilliant. Special thanks go to Vivien for trying to help me get into shape, also to Gosia for her amazing energy, motivation and fun. I have knocked off one star for operational levels, as more equipment is needed as always have to wait to get to use what I want during training.

Just joined the gym few days ago after dark. First impression - only three - literally 3 bike racks and fully occupied with six bikes, hence 1 star off, second time I visited during daylight - litters are everywhere and no bins - another star knocked off. I can't understand why you prefer motorist over cyclists, if you can't afford more bike racks or have no space, talk to your local council to install bike storage/shelter on the street close to your gym. Thanks to Dragos, I was able to store my bike in a room next to his office. The equipment is outdated which reflects in cheap rate. I will gladly change my rating if you introduce the changes I mentioned.

Fairly good facilities, but a gym of this size should have more than one bench station.
