I like the gym overall. Few things could be improved. There's only one seated ab crunch machine only. There's no adjustable straight bars for barbell curl. The last one is the gents urinals don't smell nice most of the times. Hope it will be improved.

Update: 10/09/20 - Still a good gym with clear signs to advise people to wear masks. Unfortunately, I did not see one person wearing a mask (which is both understandable and very irresponsible), I did not see one person cleaning a machine & I do not fully understand how Pure Gym is trying to help prevent the spread of Corona virus as there are zero safety measures in place (signs are not safety measure). So I left the building. Personally I have no intention of getting fit to get Covid. I am very disappointed as I expected better from Pure Gym. I honestly thought that they had taken responsible steps to keep their customers safe. I guess it isn't possible for a gym to operate in a Covid friendly manner. ------------------------------------- Excellent gym as it's spacious, is currently being refurbished and has recently added more equipment. Cheap membership and definitely worth the visit. New review: 12/1/2019 The gym has all of the facilities which are required to train to build, tone, perform cardio and this also comes which a myriad of classes. Now then to the parking... The parking at this site isn't great as there are not enough spaces. Before xercise for less opened there were more spaces in fact they were all available. However, xercise for less opened and managed to get the majority of the spaces (I assume due to site rent/purchase agreements) . However, this is not the problem with parking. The problem with parking are the individuals who park outside of the designated spots (I had one car parked in front of my car). This form of parking needs to be addressed by the members rather than the gym. Come on we are all adults so we should know what a stupid location to park is. Plus members can park on the road.... Really you can. Plus if members are going to the gym walking for 2 minutes really isn't going to hurt their training routine. Personally (and this really is a personal thing) I feel that the shower area could be more user friendly i.e. a place to hang your towel rather than having to throw it over the door. The shower area is an area which most gyms tend to forget and don't realise how important it is. If you have a timetable regarding shower cleanliness increase it. Don't allow another gym to steal your customers over something as silly as your shower facility. All in all the gym is good, staff are great and most of the members are pretty friendly (even me although I have a face like thunder when I am training). Unfortunately Pure Gym can't use magic to create parking spaces so members of the gym are going to have to utilise some form of common sense and flexibility.

I like PureGym as there's no joining fee or contract. The gym is okay, but a little on the small side. They do have a good range of equipment.
