Reading other reviews where they talk about the staff members name and how wonderful it was, unfortunately wasn’t my experience. I wanted a pedicure with a good foot scrub and just nail polish. I don’t understand why I had to ask to have my toenails filed then asked to have them buffed and also to ask for my foot to be scraped when that’s what I asked for at the start. I would expect for my $37 that my feet would get a good make over with attention to each “expected “ step. No, I was wrong. It felt rushed and no effort. I have no idea the girls name, there was no conversation. The water was almost cold. The only good thing was the massage chair. Next time I will save my money and do it myself…. It’s less frustrating!
