Perfect space to unwind after a long week. Beautiful and relaxing décor that makes you forget you’re in the city centre. A pre-massage foot soak helps you settle down after a long day at work. The massage itself was firm but relaxing. Definitely a must try wellness destination in Melbourne CBD.

Love Nadias place. I tried different infrared sauna locations before and in my opinion hers is the best around Melbourne City. It is clean, quite and you really find your time to relax and refresh. Highly recommended.
