Love my nails! Really nice range of colours, the surroundings were very clean and extra care was taken to ensure a safe visit. Would definitely return. I got the express manicure and the polish is very high quality and looks like it could be gel. The nail artist really took her time and did a beautiful job.

As an elderly client with mobility problems I feel I was not made to feel welcome . The staff greeted me with the words"put your mask over your nose " Your treatment will be shorter than planned" The girl did not introduce herself I was left unattended to get prepared and told to get on to couch . The actual treatment was very relaxing and soothing I was very satisfied with that . . Suddenly the girl said "times up ". I will leave you now Here's your glasses ! and went out leaving me in partial darkness trying to find them and my clothes After a short time she reappeared and said Are you not ready yet? I asked her to put the light on . On leaving I produced a £50 gift voucher as I had no idea how much the treatment had cost . However she said I still had £13 to spend . I requested a price list so I could choose another treatment but was told "We do not have a price list Look up the Internet ". At this point I asked her name . It was Emily I feel that the staff are most unfriendly and unhelpful I would not recommend this particular Salon. M Murphy .

Thanks Hannah my fingers and toes look great I feel very pampered. As always I had a great massage that was relaxing and really helped me de stress. The salon was super clean and all the measures put in place for our safety were there but not intrusive. Well done Pure and Hannah I’ll be back soon.

My Beauty Therapist was just lovely. She met and greeted me at the main door, explained Pure's processes for Covid and during my manicure and pedicure wore her full PPE. I enjoyed my two treatments. It was very relaxing and enjoyed chatting with my Therapist. She talked me through the treatments as she carried them out and explained the benefits. She is a credit to your company and so enthusiastic about her job. Moira
