Many would say why waste your money on a gym "go for a brisk walk run in the park" , "do some exercise at home it's free", but if you lack the motivation pure gym is one of the best places to give you that push once you make it there that is. So glad it's back open but can't wait till it gets back to 24hr status. A church goer can worship anywhere because god is omnipresent but they go to church for the fellowship the strength and the motivation when like minded people gather. Anyway as you tell by the rambling exercise helps with your mental health as well, so maybe hope for me. Oh I'll answer the question now great experience for my visit. 🙂
