I’ve been a member of this gym since they opened, and only left for a few months. 24hr gym are always good value for money but there’s a down side to that, far to many people trying to use the gym at anyone one time, parking is always an issue. My main concern with new gym companies is keeping the equipment working, I’ve noticed at least 4 pulley equipment out of use, including a few bit that need sorting on other equipment. Add the large amounts of people trying to use what kits left, the result is a bad experience. On the plus side the new manager is a grafter (Marie)the best so far, always cleaning and trying to improve things. It’s clear that some of the staff don’t pull their weight, as it always seem to be the same staff cleaning and sorting, members notice. On the upside, I really like this gym and I hope Pump gym don’t fall into the trap of letting standards drop with staff and equipment, But let’s hope they don’t, as people will walk.
