Wonderful little shop, after being unsatisfied with my nails (not a fault of theirs but myself picking a colour that didn't suit as well as I thought it would), the ladies were happy to redo them for me at a lower price and I didn't at all feel unwelcome. Lovely atmosphere and will be back :))

I was there for around 3 hours. A customer came 1/2 hr after me for the same services and left 1/2 hr before me. The girl that did my pedi, cut my skin, I jumped at the pain and she didn't apologise. A different girl did my acrylic nails; she drilled my cuticle and made it bleed, and on one hand 3 nails are crooked, and on 1/3 of a straight nail had layers of shellac bubble and peel off. To top it off, I was pressured to buy a $10 personal kit for next time, even though I told her I wasn't a local and won't be coming back. In the end, I had no energy or patience to argue.

Can’t review on how well they do nails as we never made it that far. My friend made an appointment

1/ 5

Can’t review on how well they do nails as we never made it that far. My friend made an appointment to get shellac. She made it for a set time so she could get to her next appointment afterwards as she is prepping for a wedding as a bridesmaid this weekend. After 20 minutes past her appt time she asked how much longer and was told everyone there had appointments and she’d have to wait. Not sure why you take appointments when you don’t honour the times. I’ve had the same problem before when I tried to come during my lunch break and had to leave just like she ended up having to. She was then left very stressed having to try and get her nails done after her tan late at night. Wouldn’t recommend if you actually want to be seen at the time you book.
