I have been a landlord with property solutions for many years. They have been very open and never given me a hard time. Renting can be difficult as a landlord with council and tenants making it harder for landlords but I have always had the best tenants and rent paid on time every month. I recently decided to sell the property with my tenant inside. They found the buyer and sold it AND i still got all of the rent whilst selling. I have used other agents but Property Solutions are the best agents. Most professional agents in the area.
