Very professional. I had paid deposit the the solicitors on a deal with them. For some reason, the deal fell through and had some issues getting the deposit back from the developer. They (Ray and Kirsty) assisted throughout and kept pressing with the developer and in the end succeeded in getting the deposit back from the developer. It took over 4 months but they kept at it. Always responded to my communications. Very helpful. Would definitely would like to work with them again on a different project. And thank you Ray and Kirsty for all your help.

bought an investment property through PF and once we handed over the finders fee there was no communication. Any updates had to be chased for by us, the development was not well finished but didn't get any help from PF in sorting it. Left an honest review on Facebook and they promised help but that were just empty promises.
