Disgusting food. Tiny portions and overpriced. Kebab meat is vile. Tastes like a beef burger! They overcharge you for curry and chips in a tray then give you it in a tiny kids tray. Will never go here again

The food was lovely and portion size was huge, so we can eat enough to feel the taste. Will probably try it again if i have more time in Cardiff.

Never usually have a problem with Pronto Pizza however last night's order of pepperoni pizza arrived completely burnt which is unacceptable. Called the take away to see if they can do anything about it and at first they were hesitant to be of any help at all until I requested a refund. I do not understand how they took a burnt pizza out of the oven, boxed it up and put it out for delivery. Very disappointed.

I order food last night and they did not complete the order as the kebab I had was cold and hard, the pitta bread was hard as well. My mate didn't get his can and chips when he bought a burger meal absolutely scandal. They said we would have a free meal today and when we order, the food arrived and we were missing a can again and didn't give us the right change. I am absolutely gymming and never ordering again. I am advising people to do the same.

Really enjoyed the food but not sure what the difference between a medium and large kebab other than the price !! .Very skimpy on the salad and no option to add extra dips. Also the estimated delivery time was over an hr later even though they stipulated around 20mins. So not the best customer service.

Great, well priced takeaway, one of the best fish and chips, quality kebab and excellent pizzas, can't fault it. Highly recommend

Good for meals but the staff do not wear masks while serving and they don't enforce the masks to be waren at door known there are signs up .....
