Went in yesterday and had a booking for 4 oclock i got there on time and got put in a seat only to sit there for 30 minutes while they worked on other people who got there after me. when i finally got served by a youngish man he was completely rude such poor customer service and half of my acrylics are crooked. He clearly did not want to be there and also filed the skin on two of my fingers. this is my second bad experience here definitely wont be coming back.

Service not the best, had way too many bookings. Pedicure took over 1&1/2hrs. I had booked in advance but made no difference. Didn't actually feel the experience was worth the money. The massage chair became uncomfortable and at the end painful with having the button continuously pressed for that length of time. I was disappointed as I have gone here for a number of years, first time back since COVID.
