Professionail Grand Central – Toowoomba

I was so grumpy and disappointed by my morning experience here. The woman that served me was Rude, Impatient and Careless. She cut me with one of her tools and didn't even apologise. And to top it off, she charged me full price... when the advertising board in front of us said 20% off. What a horrid experience.

Really rude aggressive staff and the quality of their work was awful. Less than 7 days later and my nails are peeling off. Do not recommend this place AT ALL - judging by the reviews this is a common reaction!

I just wasted my money for a deluxe spa pedicure! It's not really worth it. I dunno if the guy who cleaned my nails is lazy or doesn't want his job. Terrible!

asked for french tips and said it would cost an extra $20, meaning it would cost $75 for them to draw the tip on. instead they placed on the fake nail and it was straight (not formed around the nail) and half the nail was white. a french tip is the tip of the nail not half your nail. been to other places where drawing the tip on is still only around $50. the almond shape i asked for was skinny and pointy. would not recommend.

!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!! - staff were rude and had terrible communication skills - way over priced, false advertising (said $50 but charged $90) - nails are wonky - some nails have polish onto skin and others aren’t even fully covered - my pinky nails were different sizes and lengths - did the acrylic far out so nails look grown out - didn’t cut cuticle or anything - acrylic was thicker than normal, and uneven - when I got pedi they didn’t do massage or anything just painted nails ( still paid full price and my feet didn’t even get to go into the water) - EVEN CUT MY FINGER WITH THE DRILL! !!!Highly recommend going to the nail salon on level 2 near the food court!!!
