Lied about my diagnosis to multiple agencies : For years, wouldn't & made the wrong referrals to the hospital. Reception staff are rude towards patients, do not give good quality care to younger patients. They misdiagnosed me with : Small tumour in my pituitary gland, which is not slowing down with medication. Pre cervical cancer cells, advanced endometriosis & funcitional neurological disorder and would refuse to do home visits. As well as lying to other agencies : Hospitals/Benefits offices & other government official agencies by claming it was due to mental health not sickness : When it was never confirmed with an actual specialists. So would not recommend to anyone...

My 82 year old Mum-in-law had to wait 2 hours to see Dr. who was running late. She was told to return the next day for a blood test. She pointed out that the nurse was there with no patient, could she not do the bloods now. No, she would have to come back tomorrow! No wonder the nhs is struggling! Useless, lack of common sense.

I have been at this practice for 2 years and always received an excellent service. My husband needed an urgent appointment today and was seen this morning. Always been able to get a routine appointment within 7 days (usually within 48 hrs). All the staff are friendly, helpful and patient and we have never had a problem getting through on the phone.

Since covid there service is terrible. Pretty much had to beg to see a midwife. Never have any appointments. Apparently because of covid so have to drag my kids down to the walk in centre for simple prescription. Phoned myself today for a simple prescription because I am pregnant the pharmacist couldnt help. But nope told to call 111 or go sit with hundreds of other people increasing my risk of covid. No matter when I phone I havent seen a doctor in 18 months.

Great doctors, sadly let down by unhelpful and awkward receptionists. Anything you ask for is met with a sarcastic comment. I was referred to 111 for a simple request today and they were astounded that my surgery wouldn't help me out. A person may urgently need the emergency out of hours service, I didn't but unfortunately had no other option due to the stubbornness of the receptionist who took my call into the surgery earlier.
