I find it difficult to believe that some of the other reviewers have visitied the same practice as me because I can't fault them! I've had to visit my poor long-suffering GP far too much over the past few months and he has always being very kind and patient with me. The lovely lady who did my blood test for me had a fantastic sense of humour worthy of the Apollo, which mercifully distracted me so much from feeling squeamish I didn't even notice that she'd finished. The receptionists work very hard and I think it must be stressful for them sometimes, but no matter how busy they are, they've always had a kind word and a smile for me. Yes, it can be difficult getting an appointment sometimes but there isn't a single medical centre in the land that doesn't have that issue. I think they do the best they can with the resources and manpower available to them, and that's all you can reasonably ask of anyone.

The receptionist was very rude to me when I told her the machine wasn't accepting my information. She really does not know how to be hospitable. The doctor's themselves are very polite.

Don’t go here the receptionists are not helpful and then the drs want you out of their room ASAP.

Don’t go here the receptionists are not helpful and then the drs want you out of their room ASAP. When the dr says someone will call you from the hospital it never happens. A referral never happens. I’d give it 0 out of 5 if I could

Poor service and system. To change my address I have to come in and fill in a customer form even though I live quite far away and have broken leg. It's shambles! They treat patients over the phone, refusing a proper visit; and when it's something as trivial, as changing the address, I have to be there in person!

The receptionists at this practise are lovely and will do everything they can to help you - if you're kind to them, they're kind to you. Common sense.

Very easy to register, polite and clear receptionist. I was texted my account information for online access about a week after registering. The online website makes it very fast and easy to book appointments, see your medical notes, etc. It sounds like other reviewers booked appointments over the phone and had to wait on hold - try online if you can. The upstairs area is surprisingly large. There are several hand sanitizer dispensers. Right next to pharmacy, very convenient.

Ive been going here for years and I think they are friendly and helpfulI literally have no complaints I cant believe these bad reviews.. Obviously its difficult to try and get an appointment it is at every doctors. I cant understand why people moan so much about that.. Just think how many patients they have and how busy they are. and if you say that you are waiting for a while to get through, its because they are dealing with other patients. do you think they're ignoring the phone ??
