Appalling staff, not helpful in anyway and very rude. There was a requirement for a letter regarding my sons medical condition, i filled in a form and dropped off at the reception, when i did not hear anything i was told it was £90 and before they could issue the letter i had to make the payment! I was never notified of this and had to go without the letter! Not helpful in anyway. The doctor is never available and have to see the nurse, we pay our taxes for what exactly?! If i could give a zero i sure would!!

this surgery has never got any appointments, under staffed and more patients always say ring at 8 in the morning and if you miss that time ,due to so many people ringing at 8 in the morning, the phone is engaged, this is unacceptable you could need a urgent appointment but not a chance of getting a appointment for weeks on end this really needs to change it's not acceptable,

Hate the receptionist they are not helpful at all they need to change and so they are very rude and have no manners also it takes 3 hours just to meet a doctor and still they will not know whats happen. This gp is out of control they need to change as soon as possible because people need your help when they not well or for Check up but the surgery staff act like they know everything🤬

The reception team seem to be lacking massively in communication skills, to the point where they can be described as being rude. On the other hand, the doctors and nurses are all lovely. I suggest some extra training for those front of house.
