Got to be one of the worst GP in the UK if not the worse in England, the female receptionist are not helpful and dont pass on messages. Furthermore they dont even answer there phones they keep you on hold for over 30min, i went in once frustrated from ringing only to find the receptionist on a private call and then she had the audacity to speak with me in disappointment that i interrupted her call " i will have to put you on hold again" was what she said to whomever was on the call. So instead of having the phoneline free and reserved for patient she using it to have her private gossip. They have given me wrong prescription aswell as telling me they cant help me with certain things and i should go to the hospital, go hospital sit for 2hrs only to be told this is a matter for your GP. BUNCH OF JOKERS needs to be striked off
