I recently sent in some wardrobe favourites that are still lovely but a couple of pieces are a bit fragile to say the least. I can’t be happier with the results. Everything looks pristine and well cared for and I look forward to wearing them again. If you return the hangers they also donate to some local worthy causes. Thanks so much for making my clothes ready-to-wear once more!

This saddens me to think there is any human (let alone a business owner) out there who is insecure enough in herself to insult customers on a personal level. It is obvious that you take more time to defend yourself on honest, detailed reviews than you do actually thanking ones who have generously given you a nice review by apathetically replying "thanks." It says so much more about you on a personal level than it ever will about upset customers who clearly have the right to write a review. It really takes character to stay in a high place. Therefore, your days of wealth in a company are severely limited. I want you to take a good look in the mirror and ask yourself to the core of your eternal being if it is worth it not just being angry at the world, but being angry at yourself and at God, which is really where all of this lies. I really hope that one day you find some self-worth.

Bad experience,again. They not do solve the problem but I still to pay the full price. This is not the first time is happen. After my polite complaints,she replied to me with racists comments,picking up the country where I come from. That is absolutely unacceptable. .

i have been in this shop few times and i alwys find the service very unprofessional and the staff always rude and not gentle as they should. the cost are over price for the service that they offer. i bring a jumper during the winter just to have a quick wash and when i took it back the size was smaller causes a bad treatment of the product, they deny everything and i have to paythe full amount and the terrible service. never again here!! i dont reccomand this shop, there are plenty more nicely and gently with a better quality of the service and the staff.

Super friendly staff and decent prices at £10 for 5 shirts. Definitely recommend
