I had a lovely meal here, there is a good selection of pasta dishes as well as pizza and salads. I have only removed 1 star because the service seemed a little slow (perhaps short-staffed)? Other than that an enjoyable experience.

It's the usual chain branded fayre it's ok but not that special. If you want a quiet meal don't com here as the acoustics are terrible due to it's previously being Barclays Bank. With 20 to thirty diners conversation is amplified to double the volume. Only ate here as my friend is vegan and she chose the venue. I'd normally avoid here. Can't even remember what I ate it was so nondescript.

First time dining in this Prezzo and I don't think I'll return any time soon. Lija out waitress was great. She was friendly, professional and attentive. We ordered Calamari and king Prawn Cocktail for starters. The Prawn Cocktail was fresh but was too heavily covered by the sauce. The Calamari was soggy! The restaurant was not busy at all as it was past busy lunch hours but our food from starter to main course took over 37 minutes! We ordered the Crab and Lobster Ravioli for main course. As can be seen in the photos, they were not cooked properly and the skin was hard. By that time we were so hungry and just ate it and left. Couldn't imagine complaining and having to wait another 37 minutes! I heard another customer complaining to the manager about his pasta being too chewy!

Family evening out We had been shopping was hungry so chose Prezzo. We was running late on our booking so rang to inform them. They were so helpful and polite. We were greeted well, and the waitress was very attentive to us. Our food was spot on, hot and perfect to the description on menu. We were allowed to use our Tesco vouchers too. What a perfect finish to the night thank you Prezzo we will be back.

Wanted to order through deliveroo but for some reason was coming up as closed. Called the restaurant and the helpful staff arranged an order and even matched the price on deliveroo (which was about £15 cheaper with voucher / discount). Great service!
