Hearty meal!! Tired and looking to dine somewhere near the train station for convenience, we came to Prezzo. Surprisingly, the food is so good! We had the set meal at £15 that comes with 2 courses and a drink. Waitress recommended well and we love the food. Portion is big to us Asian ladies. Highly recommend!!

The first time we came, we were really impressed with the value and service. The second time was really disappointing. The waiter was far to pushy, up selling everyone including the children. He made me feel quite uncomfortable when taking my children’s order. He didn’t take my gluten-free request seriously, saying that a few chips would be fine and why not have a normal pizza base as it’s larger. He pulled a face when I ordered a beer and could have made things much easier for us when we highlighted a discrepancy on the bill. The gluten-free pizza base was very dry and hard. Two of my companions ordered the house red and white and both said it was disgusting. There was evidence of drug-taking in the toilet. Shame - we thought we’d found a good place to come, but not sure we’ll be back now ...

I ordered the prawn pasta and even though it was very tasty, there could have been a bit more pasta in there. The garlic bread with mozzarella was great. Staff were good.

Decided to stop off here for a meal after a nice walk. Asked to get seated out in the fresh air, which they had no problem with. Though we got told that tables outside can only order using the app. We ordered our food, however one of the orders wasn’t arriving for a while (and as later found, was cancelled due to a technical error in the system). Upon re-ordering the food arrived promptly. However, the manager that brought out the food practically told us off, saying that we “shouldn’t just come over and order on the app” and mentioned that a lot of the stock isn’t available. I see how that’s a problem in their system, and I see how there’s a problem with the staff informing the customer of such issues. I don’t, however, see how that is my problem, about which I should be spoken down to. Food itself wasn’t all too bad, yet the price certainly exceeds quality. The pepperoni on the pizza we ordered were thicker than the pizza itself. It feels like the owner thinks their establishment is home to Gordon Ramsey himself, yet their service is probably inferior to your local ‘Spoons’

Very disappointed. My Husband took me for my birthday trip to Bath. It was a Sunday so I guess it's a busy day for the restaurant staff. We walked in and there were a few customers in the restaurant. The waitress told us they were about to be fully booked and there was no place inside but we could sit outside. We sat down and used the app with qr code to order. We ordered and waited for tea, then she told us bringing the starter that there is a place inside because someone had just canceled it. We went inside, there were a lot of free tables , after a while we found out that the coffee machine is broken and we will not get any tea and what we want, we took a bottle of water instead. The price difference was not refunded. We got our food pretty quickly. While we were sitting at the entrance, a few people came to ask if they could eat and were sent away because they were fully booked. I believe that from the moment we showed up they could accept several people until the next guests arrived. The staff is obviously very lazy. Tables inside and outside were left unclean for 40 min.

After a lovely weekend in Bath I decided to stop here to grab some lunch before getting my train back home to exeter. The notice at the front stated to wait to be seated. There was also a sign alongside it saying the wait staff were short and therefore times to wait may be longer. After a pandemic this wasn't surprising so I waited patiently. However a lady who was rather abrupt told me they were fully booked and I could either sit outside or come back. I decided to sit outside and I ordered via the qr code on the tables. Service was incredibly prompt so no faults there. I decided since I was outside I'd have a cigarette too but the man who brought my drinks told me off for it. The girl who brought my main countered it saying it wasn't an issue. There was a group sat smoking on another table not far from me and they had nothing said to them. Otherwise service was OK but it could've improved on customer service. Rude staff don't allow for good customer service.

Delightful staff and delicious food at a reasonable price. We've been a couple of times now and always enjoy the food and the evening out. We had the mozzarella, calamari, the beef in chianti, the piccante pizza, the sticky toffee pudding and the orange layer cake. It was all delicious but the sticky toffee came out a little bit cold.

Decided to eat here in Bath but was quite disappointed with how the man showing us to our seats spoke to my husband when we came in. It was chucking it down outside and made the quick decision to go into this restaurant with our baby however my husband went past the mark with the pram where it says "please wait here to be seated" and the man came storming across and spoke quite rudely to him and told us to get back. If it wasn't still raining and we weren't hungry we would of walked out as felt it was quite an unnecessary attitude towards us. But on the plus side food was good.
