Steph was lovely friendly and put me at ease. I’ve never had a massage so didn’t know what to expect. It was so relaxing and really enjoyed myself. The room was lovely and clean and smelt lovely. Was very calming. Thank you so much

I had an appointment booked for several weeks and when I arrived the shop was closed. No one called me to say that they were not open and cancel my appointment. They did not offer me that courtesy. I have used them every year and this ruined my birthday!!! Very disappointed 😞
