They have asked for our name/addreas out loud when picking up prescriptions, I think this should be done in a better way to help with privacy around other customers.

Terrible service. "Forget" to pick up repeat prescriptions from a doctor's surgery situated feet away, and then "forget" to deliver the prescriptions to the patients. They seem too busy trying to flog the overpriced tat and ridiculously priced vitamins and turmeric that adorns the store. Avoid.

The best thing about this pharmacy is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who work there. It is also the main pharmacy in Prestwich village and sells a wide range of products which are not overpriced either. In fact they even have a sign directing you to another place for when they are not open.

Great local pharmacy with knowledgeable staff that are always happy to help you with any health advice when it's needed. My prescription is always ready when I order it. People need to realise that if you order a prescription a few days in advance rather than on the day or leaving it last minute and you'll never have any problems. Won't use anywhere else.
