Horrible staff, this indian lady which claiming she is the manager when is clear from far Away she is not, she Said her name is Lalitha, very lazy, sitting chewing the gum she needs 5 min to come to the till, Even when she Does come she doesnt help At all, i am returning packages for long time exactly the same and all her collegues had no problem sending for me, I think her problem was that was very early and i disturb her from drinking her coffee!! Disrespectful full of toothpast around her mouth and chewing the gum while she speaking with me. She should be fired and hire people which want to work and do their jobs properly !! Thats Why we pay So much money for post, to get good service not disgusting!!

Worst post office in the world. They stole my money! Not only they charged me £5 for a small bubble rap and an envelope, but she never gave me my change. I asked for my receipt when I handed the money and the woman at the desk was doing cheeky stuff trying to fill a form as a receipt and she never gave the change from the £10 bill. I went back later and when I asked her to count the money at her till, she said we cannot do that now, only when we close. The next day they said the toll was fine. They are such liars. I searched my wallet many times and I had no change there! I remember very well what happened. They are extreme rude and offensive too.

Very unhelpful post office! I have never found the staff here pleasant, but I am so annoyed with them today, Saturday. I asked my husband to collect a parcel for me (a pair of shoes I had redirected there via Royal Mail) They refused to give them to him even though his driving licence has the same address as mine) He phoned me to ask me to send a photo of my licence, which I did, but they refused to accept. I'd also sent him the text that Royal mail sent me. I would understand if the said item had been stamped "addressee only", but it wasn't ! I just think he met a 'jobsworth ', full of their own self importance. It is now going to be really inconvenient for me to pick them up and my shoes are going to have to sit there for another week!😡😡
