Fantastic service - Bought a BMW 320d from the boys at Prestige Cars Cardiff. When i got there to view the car it was inside the showroom ready for me, and to be fair, beautifully presented. Test drove the car and i felt like they'd done me a cracking deal on my part ex and was driving away within the hour. Had a small issue with it about two months after purchasing it and to be fair to them, they picked it up from my house, got it sorted and dropped it back to me within 2 days and fully valeted! I didnt even have to mess around with any warranty companies either, everything was done for me. They couldnt do enough for me, one very happy customer to say the least!

My daughter and I looked all over for her new car, and then we found Prestige Cars. What an excellent company they are. Absolutely first class. They keep all of their promises, they ring you back when they say they will and they are intelligent, polite, efficient and pleasant. A joy to deal with compared with many other dealers we spoke to and visited. And the car is absolutely pristine! It’s the best car for my daughter’s budget that we found anywhere, and we live in Manchester, so we did actually search nationwide. Josh sent us a video, my daughter loved it, checked it had its full service history from Mercedes and bought it. When Jordan promised that the car would be delivered the next day, I’m ashamed to say I found myself thinking ‘yeah, we’ll see…’ but it arrived before lunch the next day! And it was driven up from Cardiff by the sweetest man ever. Thankyou so much to Josh, Jordan and the whole team for this beautiful car and their excellent service. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We just bought our car from Prestige Cars Cardiff yesterday. All the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, they acted very efficiently and promptly with providing responses in all forms of communication, were patient and did NOT try to overwhelm or pressure us into making a purchase whilst on site. The staff members explained everything relating to the car in full, providing extremely detailed information with full transparency and integrity, and a free 3month warranty was also included. They also let us take the car by ourselves for a "test drive", to experience the car in driving conditions to further enhance our trust in the car, and to feel comfortable that it fully suited our requirements. A further example of great Customer Service, is that they even offered to let us be able to drive the car again to go to the local Bank to organise the car payment, instead of us having to walk there which would have been an approximate 45 minute return journey. Also, they do readily accept payments by cards as well. Their office is situated close to Pontyclun railway station, easily accessible, with ample car parking facilities if you arrive by car. -- Thank you, Prestige Cars! Definitely recommend
