Ok, bit disappointed really, apart from the barman, the other staff seemed flustered and pretty clue

Ok, bit disappointed really, apart from the barman, the other staff seemed flustered and pretty clueless. One of them looking like she'd slept in her uniform. Towel in room had hole in and frayed, bin hadn't been emptied from previous occupant and teaspoons dirty. Not the usual standard expected from a Premier Inn
