Just avoid them at all costs, even the simplest of tasks is too much for them to handle. The attached photo is their latest effort after 5 visits and 3 attempts to do some straightforward tiling. Edit: ignore their response below, they came back and did a half-arsed job, ignored half the problems and broke something else in the process

Kitchen fitting was supposed to begin on November 20th and be a 6 day fit. After over 3 months of delays and wrong parts being delivered, it's now March 1st and there is still work outstanding. Service and communication throughout that time has been extremely poor. Really disappointing as I was so impressed with them during the design phase.

The 2 week estimate we were given when we paid for our kitchen has turned into 4 months and we're still not done! Really fed up of dealing with Premier. We've ended up with a new kitchen which looks average at best due to issues that should've been spotted at the design/survey stage. Brand new boiler fitted by Premier has been deemed near impossible to service and was fitted incorrectly leaving us without heating for months. We had to bring in our own plumber to sort this. We're now facing quality issues with tiling which has been ongoing since November. Would recommend going elsewhere if you want a company that takes responsibility for quality control rather than having to chase them every step of the way. Edit 24th January 2019: Ian - if you'd like to view the level of workmanship we're disappointed with I'd be more than happy to invite you round for a cup of tea. The tiling was ripped out and re-done today and it's now looking slightly tidier. On close inspection I can see a number of chipped tiles and places where the edging is cut too short. Overall it looks ok, not great or particularly tidy but ok from a distance. Edit 6th February 2019: The tiler returned yesterday to fix the untidy edging, replace the chipped tiles and redo the silicone. Sadly I wasn't at home to babysit (damn my full time job!) and Premier don't phone to discuss so we came home to find that pools of white grout had been inserted into any gaps around the edging and plug sockets (see photos). We'd asked for a chipped tile to be replaced which was disguised with white grout instead (see photo 6)! None of the silicone has been redone and one of the plug sockets is no longer attached to the wall properly and is mounted on a wedge of white silicone!? (see photo). The edging still looks scruffy (see photos). We had no contact from Premier yesterday so we don't know if this is their attempt at a "finished job" or whether they anticipate coming back - this is the norm. We seem to have gone backwards rather than forwards this time 🙈 Edit 7th February 2019: Someone called round yesterday to do more work without our knowledge, setting off the intruder detector! On the plus side, the plug socket is no longer attached with a wedge of silicone, it's now screwed to the wall. Sadly, additional grout has been added around the socket which is a totally different colour (see photo 4)! Nothing's been done about the other silicone or edging and no communication other than a call to confirm we weren't being burgled! Edit 7th March 2019: After a visit from the Premier contracts manager, we agreed that the edging would be removed entirely and white grout used to taper the edge of the tiled area. We also agreed that the lumpy grey silicone sealer would be removed and replaced with grey grout. I was reassured that the contracts manager would supervise the work so that I didn't need to take any more time off work. One week later another new tiler arrived but without the contracts manager. I asked where the contracts manager was and he didn't know. I left him a key and went to work. When I came home the silicone had been replaced with dark grey grout, the edging removed and some of the grout near the edging replaced with dark grey grout. The rest of the grout in the kitchen is light grey (!), so clearly no communication had happened to agree which shade / brand of grout was needed (second time this has happened!). Removing the edging has improved the finishing of the tiles although no sign of the tapered grout that was discussed. The two shades of grout make the tiles look like a bad DIY job and still not "showroom quality" (see photo). Premier have not been in contact with us and I assume they are simply hoping we will go away. To conclude this monster review - please don't use Premier Kitchens, they will cause you unnecessary stress, upset and regret. Their prices far exceed the level of finish you would expect to receive, even after five attempts! I'm now dreading having to get our new boiler serviced in the autumn as half the tiles will have to come off!!
