Friendly multilingual staff. Good and speedy food delivery. A bit pricey when it comes to additional charges apart from the room, but still reasonable considering the quality. There location is superb. Just as Central as the name suggests. And the beds are super comfy. They apparently don't just say that for show.

This hotel is very consistent with its cleanliness and friendly staff. Great location to Deans Gate and shopping areas, with car parking very close by and discounted rates available at the front desk on departure. Good location.

This Hotel was excellent. So clean and in a perfect location. We did pick an expensive weekend but it was worth it. The staff were amazing - helpful and friendly. Without question I will use them again.

Very central location. No frills. No safe. Nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint was the kettle was not working. Continental breakfast as expected.

Stayed in one of the 'Premier Plus' rooms, and was pleased with what was available. The room itself was spacious, and had plenty of plug sockets, with some by the bed including USB charging ports, and storage areas were cleverly built into the furnishings. (A mini-fridge hidden away in a cupboard i the desk-unit, and a small storage box under the clothes rail. Staff were all friendly and attentive, was able to drop my luggage off in advance with no issues and collect it later when checking in, which itself was a smooth process. Never had to wait longer than a minute to be seated for breakfast, which had a wide ranges of options available. And the staff working the bar were quick to take orders and get your food & drink ready. I think the hotel itself was great, and in a convenient spot thats just out of the way from the main shopping and clubbing districts that I never had to worry about noise, and was a very short walk to the tram-system for those wanting an easier time getting around the city. Would happily recommend this hotel, which offers a great accommodation.

We booked as a family with two rooms hoping for a nice quiet night and were not disappointed. Staff were super helpful, rooms were spotless and breakfast was delicious! Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff and great Premier Plus room. Amazed how quiet it was given the location. Very comfy bed and amazing shower. Cannot fault in any way and staff deserve a big pat on the back.
