Reasonable room, could do with a update as could hear planes overhead so need triple glazing. Told limited food in evening but still had a good choice. Unlike Breakfast as it is a bit hit and miss. Ran out of everything and slow to stock up. Short staffed. Don't do 'all you can eat' if you cannot supply the food and drink. They are a big company and should do better.

It's a Premier Inn. You get what you expect. Clean, simple, reasonably priced for Richmond. But parking costs too much and the bar was poorly tended and stocked (no tonic, no lagers). Maybe that's to be expected given pandemic measures but it was a little disappointing as the nearest pub was closed by about 21:30.

The room was ok but the service and quality of food was awful. 3 out of 6 of the meals were done incorrectly and did not match the menu descriptions. The staff kept saying they would deal with it but disappeared every time and in fact we were overcharged for 7 meals instead of 6 . This would’ve been the 4th time we have stayed here as loyal customers and after this occasion, we will definitely not be coming back.

The staff were excellent, lead I feel, by a superb manager, unfortunately they were unbelievably UNDER staffed which due to the work rate of the three or four staff that were there, only marred our enjoyment of our stay only slightly. The food in the hotel was surprisingly OK. The room was good but basic ,we opted to make our own bed and to have no room service, because they seemed so understaffed . The biggest down side was the noise from the airplanes from Five o'clock, onwards continuously,
