Great location for our group visiting Twickenham. Not much parking on site but was reasonable at £10 per 24hrs. Staff nice. Restaurant food poor on the meal we had. Bar at times not well stocked, had no chilled wine and offered ice cubes. Rooms as you expect at a premier inn, clean and comfortable

Easy to find, basic hotel. Can hear the planes overhead even with the window closed. Link to London is straight forward - 65 bus from opposite McDonald's to the station then few stops in.

We have stayed there on numerous occasions due to being edge of London. We drive to Kew station with free parking most days & times on side roads. Rooms have Baths & Showers, roomy & very warm.Well maintained, clean, comfy with extra pillows if needed. Lifts are available. Paid parking, not owned by Premier Inn.£12 per day but parking across the way down side roads if can find space. Breakfast Buffet, usual English goodies but can be warm depending on time you eat. Will recommend as it is ideal for travelling into London.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The carpet in the dining area very dirty. The aircon in the room quite noisy and old. There was no staff at the entrance, it looked like two self-checking machines that displayed error messages. For a second I went to check what is behind the machines, there was a laptop. I realized on that moment that this is not a self checking reception, when the receptionist came and told us “this is not funny”. Aggressive behavior before saying anything. The setup was confusing. It was not like I tried to mock. I did not understand what is happening and went curious. I noticed other similar 3-star hotels around London where the staff is not properly trained. They have a very sour or aggressive behavior. A similar question from a similar hotel here as well: they asked if we want two rooms. It was clearly a room booked for 2 adults. You never ask this question, you go with the customer, it’s none of your business about the setup or behavior. You go with the client. You are there to help for an easy experience. Stop patronizing, stop assuming and get proper hospitality training.

Clean, good price lovely staff. Only downside is the cost of online parking and the fact its I'm the congestion zone which significantly raises the costs. Had a nice meal in the restraunt, you need to book in.

Room was comfy enough as you would expect from Premier Inn. Used the chain quite a few times for business. Unfortunately breakfast was a horror story. Food came with the 2 fried eggs that I had ordered but they were absolutely solid. Fried eggs should have a flowing yolk. If I had thrown them on the floor they would of bounced around the restaurant. I did send it back and asked for correctly cooked eggs. After waiting 15 minutes my breakfast finally returned. Yes the eggs were fine this time but the rest of my food on the plate was the same actual individual items that were on my plate when sent back. They were absolutely stone cold. I paid my money and we left. Not only because we had run out of time and had to head off to a meeting but when you sit for breakfast with a fellow office colleague it is far nicer to eat breakfast together, not watch one another eat breakfast at individual times. May have to consider Travel Lodge or Holiday Inn in future

Not impressed. The Staff were amazing. However the rooms are dated and dingy. Air con system is old and noisey. No mini bar fridge in the rooms. That's a basic requirement other than a TV. There was a seat in the restaurant that had a spillage. In the afternoon, one person handling the check-ins and bar. No food served till 6pm. I guess you get what you payed for but I would choose The Holiday Inn at Brent Lock anytime.
