My guests were sleeping there for 3 nights. Choose the family room, 2 adults, 2 big kids (7 and 10) and it was spacious and nice. Not lack of space. Very clean. Reception girl was super polite and always did whatever we asked for. Super cheap for London. Will definitely use in future and i recommend to all looking for a nice cheap hotel. Location is also good and big shopping centre and restaurants just opposite the hotel. Big parking available as well for a small fee.

Well run. Excellent check in. Polite and helpful staff. The room was up to the usual Premier Inn standard. Comfortable and quiet. Plenty of shops, supermarkets and other amenities close by. Good bus services eastwards towards Central London, north towards Northolt and south towards Heathrow. One word of caution...watch yourself if venturing out nearby at night. The surrounding area crawls with druggies, drug dealers, youths hanging about, and other undesirables. Stay alert at all times!!

1/ 5

I recently spent a night at the Premier Inn Hotel, Hayes and was allocated room a near the staircase. I have always regarded Premier Inn as the place to get a good night sleep, based on my previous experiences and their “Good Night Guarantee”. Walking up to the room, I noticed the “Please tip toe” and realized why after entering the room. The staircase was so old and creaky, it was causing so much noise in the room by people walking up and down the stairs with their bags and banging doors whenever they entered or left the stairs. It’s impossible for people with children and bags to tip toe quietly. Having spoken to reception (twice) to request another room due to the unacceptable high level of noise, I was told they were unable to move us because the hotel was full as no rooms were available. However, what shocked me was when the receptionist said “we usually allocate the noisy rooms for guests that are staying a single night, HOW INSULTING Their staff knowingly allocate me and others these noisy substandard rooms without informing their guests beforehand to decide if they wanted to stay or take their business elsewhere. I wrote to Premier Inn Guest Relation and their reply was even worse than the receptionist “was had so many guests the hotel was full”… Premier Inn must be honest with their guests and should never allocate rooms that they know are noisy and substandard.
