Stayed at this hotel in July for 5 nights and I absolutely loved this place! There were a few kiosks at the reception area where you could check in by yourself and not need the help of the employees which I thought was very cool. All you need is the name that you did the booking under/the booking number and the kisok would spit out the keys for your room. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing! There was so much variety in the foods and the drinks (different types of tea/coffee). The food was fresh and presented well. If you stay here and pay for breakfast it is honestly worth your money! Staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel is located beside an underground train station and a bus stop which makes it convenient to commute around London. There is also a convenience store right beside the hotel that has snacks/drinks. You can also load up oyster cards there.

Just back to my room and got ready for bed - 2nd nights stay. Found no towels or bath mat in bathroom so I called reception to ask for towels to be sent up, and was told rudely by the lady answering the phone (Taylor) that they couldn't bring them up to the 3rd floor as it was too far away, and there wasn't enough staff. Got dressed, went down to reception and met Taylor who gave me 2 bath sheets. The lovely Titus in the bar didn't understand why I was told I had to come down to reception...poor Titus seemed embarrassed by Taylor's customer service skills. Some training for the young lady I think!!!

The stay it's self was really good. We first walked in and the air con was on fill blast and was freezing in the room. First night we went back to hotel to have a drink after a long day, there was no one at the bar and we asked a man who was doing something with the front door if there was anyone serving, he went and got someone but then was waiting for them to stop talking about the door. It took what felt like hours to get a few drinks and to put it through the till,, the Worthington was very cloudy and tasted fizzy. The first morning breakfast was lovely, but the second morning after having my breakfast I had a very dodgy belly, had upset tummy and belly ache. That was the only thing I ate all day and that with a 3 hour journey home was not good. Don't know if I would stay again, if I did I wouldn't have the breakfast again.

Good standard as always with the premier Inn. Cheaper rate than more central locations, with bigger rooms as well. Would now benefit from a room upgrade; TV small. Easy access to the underground. Parking secure£12 a day.

Fantastic service, the staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. The food was amazing, tasty, faultless. The location I thought would be noisy, but there was not a sound. The rooms were spotless and lovely and clean. The price was so reasonable. Total value for money. I would DEFFINATELY go here again when staying in London.
