We love visiting here. The staff are always very friendly and willing to help no matter how big or small. Located in a tranquil surround with nearby amenities within driving distance. Very much looking forward to our stay again. We can always count on a comfy and relaxing night at the premiere Inn.

Nice small 3-star hotel at Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom. Room quite good and clean. Breakfast is richfull, but we missed cheese for western standard breakfast. The place and view from Hotel is beautiful. The room price for such quality hotel is very acceptable. We will come back again.

Stayed a few times here, but this is the last Old building is damp as the AC is pathetic and isn't able to extract the moisture created by the bathroom. Also rooms have tiny little square TVs that should have been upgraded 10+ years ago New building has thin floors so you can hear people moving above you The windows are fixed closed and the AC has had its settings locked so you can't get cool air in the room Lacks sufficient number of towels for two guests and hardly any toilet paper in room

I specifically booked this Premier Inn, which was further away than an alternative, because they have air conditioning and I find it very hard to sleep if I'm too hot or cold. Unfortunately the A/C automatically turns off after about 6 hours, so I woke up in the middle of the night far too hot and then never got back to sleep again. My night was sadly ruined I've now a long day ahead whilst very tired. Is it too much to ask for at least 12 hours on the AC before auto turning off to avoid distributing sleep? Aside from that it's ok, good price and usual Premier Inn experience.

Terrible! The heating in our room (and several others) failed completely. It was 6C outside. The staff were less than helpful, saying that all their fan heaters had been "rented out". Probably the worst customer service I have ever received in a hotel.
