Premier Inn Heathrow Airport M4 J4 london

This was such an easy and stress free way to visit London. The staff were fantastic. Everyone of them was very friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. It was very clean and well maintained. Even the staff cleaning the rooms lifted their heads, if you passed in the corridor, to said good morning, or have a nice day. The only thing negative was that the photo on the site showed a double bed with a single bed at either side of it. However when we got their it was the usual double, single and a pull out bed in between which didn't leave much space to get to the single or double at that side, it was also very hard as a slat was broken. Overall though we had a fantastic stay and are looking forward to out next visit to London as we will definitely go back to Premier Inn Heathrow M4J4.

Reasonable overnight accommodation. Friendly staff, well equipped room and good breakfast. Double room including breakfast and overnight parking fee for £78

Competitively priced. Stayed 2 nights for a Legoland / Windsor trip. Clean comfy room, friendly professional counter and domestic staff. Car park security guard particularly helpful. Restaurant on site, and filling station a few hundred yards away for most needs. Car necessary, convenient location close to M4.

great place to stay near the airport. staff very nice. food is really good but make sure you book a table when you check in.

Definitely the best holiday Inn I've been in! Polite staff, great evening meal. The lady just couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast was great and room was lovely and clean. People we spoke too used it before using Heathrow Airport as its a short taxi ride away. Car park was big and plenty of space. Easy to find.

The room had very noisy neighbours very early in the morning and from whoever was in the room above due to them walking very heavily across the room late at night. No respect to other guests. Overall sleep experience was poor as a result. The food menu was very restricted. I paid for a meal deal only to be told on arrival that there were no deserts at all and certain starters came at additional cost which is not the case at other Premier Inns I've stayed at. Also two of the main courses were not available which left the choices very limited and not value for money. They should waive additional charges in this situation. The staff were friendly and helpful but I won't stay at this hotel again, not recommended.

Hotel nice enough. But in a double room for 3 nights, we were only given one both towel, and no teaspoons Easy enough to get more, but it would have been nice if the room had been properly set up for the number of guests. No servicing of room over the three nights of our stay, meaning we had to chase around for tea / coffee supplies. No extractor fan in bathroom, which was pretty inconvenient every time we showered. On the plus side though, all the staff we dealt with were lovely

My husband and daughter stayed at this hotel before their flight from Heathrow the following day. Their stay was perfect. Most importantly, my daughter lost her 16th birthday ring on her way home so I contacted everywhere she had stayed and travelled through. This hotel found the ring in the room and contacted me to let me know. Great to know that the staff are trustworthy and followed up on the lost item. We were really impressed and obviously overjoyed to get the ring back.

Nice friendly and helpful staff, lovely warm and clean rooms. Easy to find with good secure parking. Will definitely use this hotel on a regular basis for work.
