Standard premier inn, not much else to say. What I would add is the breakfast, which is not the usual buffet style at this location. Ran by an independent restaurant and really good quality. Avocado toast with normal breakfast rates has to be a good thing!

Good Premier in in the pub area of Bristol namely King Street. On arrival the staff were helpful courteous and efficient. I didn't even have to check in via machine as in so many other places. Room was clean warm and quiet although the windows outside could have done with a clean as they were so dirty you could hardly see out. Breakfast is handled in a separate building around the corner and is around £10ish if you book on the morning. Hotel is also convenient for Temple Meads Station from where an airport shuttle bus departs regularly for around £6. As I was not too well at the time I booked a taxi from reception which cost about £28 including tip and took about 20 minutes at 10 in the morning. Allow extra time in congested periods.

Stayed for a few days. Staff is okay, the room is spacey and there was telly, kettle, hair drier, 3 towels, good pillows. But. The carpet stank, the cutlery extreme dirty with big fingerprints on both sides, the building was trembling every time the wind blew or when just a big lorry passed by and then all the furniture in the room vibrated too, for a few hours I thought the telly will come off the wall but luckily it didn't. I could not sleep. Also the aircon was terrible, sometimes it got reset to 21 degrees, even when I set it to 23-24 because it was cold, and then I just noticed it got noisy and started to blow cool air, maybe it is sometimes centrally adjysted? I think it is a vad idea and not user-friendly. Once I had to stand at the console and set it 3 times because after like 10 seconds it got reset, twice... I won't return. Too pricey for such a low quality.

Booked two rooms for a birthday night out with the girls. Location was fab, a five minute walk to the main part of Bristol and restaurants like Turtle Bay and Las Iguanas. There is also a Loch Vyne and restaurant right downstairs for ease. Few minutes away from the Old Vic and Harbourside restaurant boats. We were a bit worried about parking but turned out to be very easy, there were spaces right outside on pay and display for a max of 16 hours for about £8 which only takes coins not card, but you can pay through the RingGo app which is very easy once it's set up. However, it's a bit of a pain as you can only stay there for a maximum of sixteen hours and then need to move as it's no return for an hour. We had to move the car to a neighbouring street and a new machine number first thing before breakfast but there were a couple of spaces there too. Failing that, the NCP is literally about a minute's walk around the corner, much closer than I'd thought. The beds were incredibly comfortable, I got home and ordered some of their pillows from the website as had such an amazingly comfy sleep. Will be buying a mattress too when mine dies! Reception staff were always helpful and raised no objections to our getting a delivery kebab at 2:30am! Breakfast was good, you have to order hot food from a menu but continental is on buffet and the full English was fab. Tea making facilities in the room were much appreciated and the shower was great. Also hairdryer provided which is always welcome especially for a cheapish hotel. Had a few other people on a night out on the same floor but the room was silent, very peaceful. We got an Uber to the waterfront clubs and back to save our heeled feet and the cold for £4 but you can easily walk it if you have sensible shoes! Fab stay, will come here again when staying in Bristol. Thanks for a great night!

Great location but equally it's the lively/noisy location means a quiet nights sleep is rare. Just take earplugs and you'll be fine. Restaurant manager/staff are very friendly and helpful but just wish they would stick to Covid guidance and wear a mask 😷

Large, comfortable & clean room. Very helpful staff. Reception efficient and replaced missing remote control promptly. Breakfast set us up each day. Bastian & Rebecca made us very welcome and were super cheerful and patient showing 6yo how to get the most out of the buffet. Great location for checking out hot air balloons in Queen Square each morning.

Warm reception staff. Comfortable beds, however, bedding was dirty! Carpet was also dirty....found someone's used contact lens by my bed! Bathroom, towels clean, good shower. Lots of noise from other guests, especially above! No on street parking so used nearest NCP which cost £20 per day.

Not sure about mask policy ?re coronvirus. Staff including cleaners not wearing and in restaurant they recommend noone is wearing masks? No checking of anything Staff very friendly . Room adequate . Heat is a little low but few people staying. Hard to judge hotel after first day in these circumstances but baffled by lack of masks.....
