Just returned from staying here for two nights. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were great and very helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable and was the best nights sleep I have had in ages. This premier is right next to the city centre so we were able to to go out frequently and enjoy the shops and bars close by. If you are going to drive and stay here make sure you book a parking space in advance through yourparkingspace.co.uk to get a spot as spaces are limited on arrival. Thank you premier inn for our stay.

It's standard premier inn. Fast check in. Clean, well sized and serviced rooms. No pomp. Card access to rooms - secure. It's a tower block but lifts are fast and the staff on reception couldn't have been more helpful. There are fantastic views of the city from the higher levels. The best thing for me at a premier inn is the peace and quiet and the comfort of the bed and pillows. I'd stay here again without question. It's a short walk to the city center for shops, food, pubs. There's a grill restaurant within the hotel complex. Breakfast was standard fare including a cooked breakfast buffet and usual coffee machine and pastries. There's a Tesco metro supermarket 2min walk away for snacks and alcohol. The area felt safe at night and is well lit and buses run from outside the hotel.

Really friendly check in by a guy on reception on 20th December at 10pm. He was very welcoming. Room was spotless and had everything we needed. Having the option of beefeater breakfast on site was great. Unfortunately we didn't have time for it in the morning but it was a really nice bonus. Only taking off one star because the bed was incredibly creaky and made it hard to get a good night sleep. Didn't change the room though as it was so late by the time we went to bed. Really good location. Parking is a little tricky and tight on site plus extra cost but for the location, you can't complain too much. Great walking distance to everything you may need. Will stay here again.

I've used this hotel on a few occasions and I've always had a pleasant stay. The rooms are big enough, clean and tidy. The hotel is pretty massive (I'd be curious to know how many rooms they have in there), but it's very quiet inside. If you book well in advance, you can get very good deals. Sundays are so cheap (£30). Staff are helpful, polite. Perfect location.

It was clean, tidy and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were super friendly. The only thing is that the toilets on the ground floor weren't very pleasant but everything else was great.
