Really can't fault it at the price! Staff were really friendly and helpful, room was clean and had all the expected bits and pieces. I loved the location, halfway up North Street, giving a pleasant choice of short routes down to the seafront, and other central attractions and eateries. Would stay here again, as a nice budget choice. Only wish the car parking was closer, but that's a minor niggle really.

Good location. basic service. no intercom, no room service, no freeze or anything in the room. Just a kettle. The staff attended me for check in was not polite. In case of any need guest has to walk down to 1st floor reception even from 7th floor.

This has by far been my favourite Premier Inn. The staff are absolutely amazing! I've been there 2 nights out of 4 so far and everyone has made an effort to chat to me and have gone out of their way to make my stay fun and comfortable. The room and bath is very clean also.

Far better than it appears on the outside, extremely central and it even has its own Poundland at ground level. But at the end of the day it's just a standard Premier Inn room (which are all very samey). And last visit when I used the publicly accessible toilet, I clearly wasn't fast enough for the front desk and a member of staff came after me to check what I was getting up to in there. That lack of trust means a two star deduction.

Converted office block on a busy retail street in the centre of the town. Location wise it's ok... you are just a short walk to the picturesque lanes and the sea front. Noisy at night as the windows weren't great. Room was enormous and recently refurbished to a good standard. However, the public areas were dirty and in a state of disrepair. The entrance was awful and un inviting giving a poor first impression. Staff on reception were excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was poor compared to my other experiences at other hotels of the same brand. However, it was relatively cheap compared to other hotels in the town and the room suited our family of four for the over night stay.

Stayed for 3 nights, was informed of the rooms not being serviced each day but the bedding never got dirty enough to be a problem, fresh towels and pillows at reception when needed. The highlight of our stay was breakfast, had it each morning and enjoyed thoroughly, credit to Claire who was there every morning and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Would definitely come back for another visit

I stayed here with my boyfriend back in August & we were very impressed with this hotel. The room we got was on the 7th floor (with the bigger & quieter rooms) which was very clean when we managed to check in around 16:30pm. The staff members whom we encountered were very helpful to our requests & questions we had throughout our stay & couldn’t have asked for more pleasant people. The breakfast we had couldn’t have been better & were impressed that we had the choice of a cooked breakfast alongside continental if we wanted to. As a bonus, we managed to get seated at the same table for each morning (minus one) of our stay at the hotel. Overall, the stay at this hotel was amazing & would not hesitate to stay here again on another holiday to Brighton! :)

Great location... Staff could have been a little more informative. We're seasond premier guests so no pretty much all there is to know but for people who have not stopped before the staff need to inform them if breakfast time etc and meal times and where things are. The young lady booked us in gave us the card and said room 304. Nothing more...

Why was my stay just OK borderline poor ? Pro's - Gr8 location - near to Pier, Sea, Lane's and shops and restaurants. Room decent size. Staff polite and helpful. Con's - hotel "tired" - Room 314 - bed base frayed, walls all scraped, mould around bath and sink, hair dryer not working, desk edging blowing. Lift buttons held together with tape. To be honest, felt "slightly let down" most probably the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in !!
