Downside was literally no parking despite sign on website saying it had parking. That said, everything else was positive. You literally walk outside into the centre and almost everything is within a few minutes walk. Staff really helpful throughout and most of our group had differing needs and disabilities. Hotel clean and very comfortable and attached restaurant did good breakfast and excellent steaks. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to see Bath, just remember the parking

Friendly service when we arrived. They were very helpful with making provision for a disabled guest with a superb room with help buzzer and wet room. The beds are comfy and you get exactly what you would expect in the room, tea, coffee, kettle and TV. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean

Nice and comfy as usual located in the city centre and within walking distance to the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. Only thing is they don't have parking. However, there is an open air paid parking spots opposite the hotel (free between 8pm and 8am) and a more secure parking at southgate area near the bus and train station.

If there's prizes to be won for best catering this place wins it!! Centrally located, this premier Inn is a great choice. I've stayed a few times now and each room is spacious and the staff very accommodating. Down side is the lack of parking but their are options within walking distance and generally free after eight (till eight am). The restaurant on site is first class - I've stayed in my fare share of premier inns but never with the quality and choice your find here!! The breakfast is excellent and evening meals choice again, first class.!! Easily 5*s #valueformoney

As you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Good bed. Great staff and nice clean rooms. One mark off as it's starting to need some maintenance (nothing serious, just cosmetic) but looked tatty in places

Good location, reasonable price for hotel in the area, the best of Bath is all easily accessible on foot from here. No parking but train station a short walk away. However our room was too warm, the air con did nothing and windows do not open. Had 2 uncomfortable nights of sleep. In addition I found the room dirty especially the bathroom, we even popped to the sainsburys up the road to acquire cleaning products to clean it ourselves not impressed when check in has been pushed back to 3pm to allow for more thorough cleaning.

Stayed here a few times now and always great value. This time however, for some reason the room temperature controls were out of use for all rooms for some reason. This meant we had to ask reception to either put the heating on for us or off, at a set temperature. First night was unbearably hot with no opening windows. Sounds crazy, but this is what we were told and had to deal with. Next night we asked for heating to be switched off. The staff seemed to be equally as exasperated as us. Weird.
