Five weeks after having left our property, our deposit still hasn't been returned and we don't know how much has been deducted from it. We have called and emailed on multiple occasions, but each time we have been bounced off to a different person or reassured someone else would be looking into it shortly. Due to a lack of time, I will not digress here on the number of episodes that have affected our tenancy, ranging from the comical (one of their workmen asking us "if we had a brick" to fill up a hole he'd just made in the wall) to the tragic (a faulty and dangerous boiler, which was luckily replaced).

I normally don't give 1 star reviews but in this case Richard said he'll forward my application to the landlord and that he'll contact me back within one day. He then took a few days holiday during which I wasn't able to contact him. When he came back he sent me an email saying he's sorry that I have "missed out on this occasion". I think he might've been slightly responsible for me "missing out".

I booked an online viewing with this estate agent for a property to let a few days in advance. I then called an hour beforehand and they confirmed it would be going ahead. Ten minutes AFTER the scheduled start time I called to ask why I hadn’t received an invitation to a call for the viewing, and I was told they couldn’t do the viewing… no reason why - just that they couldn’t do it. They didn’t even bother to in advance call to let me know they had cancelled my appointment.

Everyone working at Premier was friendly and approachable. However, there was a lack of proactivity and it was seemingly very understaffed. They were very difficult to contact via email for maintenance requests, and once contacted would then need several follow ups before the maintenance was carried out (some never did even after waiting 6 months). I was disappointed with the way the end of my tenancy was carried out, it was hard to liase with the agents to carry out the change of tenant, and the two week process ended up taking 5 weeks. Friendly agents but with a time management issue.

Good service, the house which I'm renting is decent hope they provide the same service later as well
