I order a splash back with a print in it, however when it arrived I did not like the item, as per the information on the website where it states they will happily refund plus the postage, I returned the item which cost me £18 to return. I had confirmation that it had been received and they would put a partial payment in my account, I emailed to ask about the payment for postage as stated on the website to which I had no reply. That was on the 15th May 17, I have still not received any refund (13th June 17) despite being told it has been processed. I am very disappointed and am now having to take further action to chase my refund
