DO NOT USE THESE TAXI’S FOR AIRPORT PICK UP’S Booked airport pick up for myself and 3 children after flight home from turkey landing at Cardiff airport. Flight numbers were supplied a week beforehand. No taxi was waiting for us, no fun being stranded at 3am with 3 children, 1 has learning difficulties, had to call a more reliable firm, eventually got home. Don’t take the risk using these clowns its just not worth it. I wont be in future

Picked up promptly, thankyou .Even tipped the driver. On the Return left stranded, txt saying your driver is on its way. Taxi didnt turn up. Phoned them after approx 1 hour and they told me the driver completed the pick up. We didnt get a txt saying the driver had arrived.So completely left stranded. No explanation and told it was going to take another hour for the pick up. Saved by Dragon Taxis. Shocking

A disabled access taxi was requested and booked in advance to transport a lady to her Husband's funeral. On the day, a normal four seater taxi turned up. We then called Premier taxi's to ask why a disabled taxi had not been sent and if they could send one right away as requested to get her to her Husband's funeral on time. This was refused as they had no disabled taxi's available and no sympathy shown by the woman I spoke with on the phone, disgusting telephone manner and she didn't care at all. All she could say was 'all i can do is apologise' in the most monotone voice I have ever heard. Your customer service needs serious improvement!!! You do not even deserve the one star, unfortunately it's Google's requirements to select at least one.

The worst taxi company ever! They lie to you about taxi time. Say 5min it can be an hour wait!!!! Never book with them !!

Booked a taxi for 05.15 in the morning for an early flight. At 5am I could see on the app that the taxi was going to a different street with the same name on the complete other side of the city. I rang the office, explained the mistake and they immediately got me another taxi. The driver was friendly, professional, and wore a mask for the entire trip. Would definitely use their services again.

Booked taxi earlier in evening to arrive 12.30am, made sure was outside beforehand, my husband had text five mins later to say it had arrived, we checked all cars parked up and around corner of club, no sign, the taxi did not arrive! This is not the 1st time we have been let down, they are very unreliable. We will be looking to use another taxi rank in future!

Very poor service for an account holder who is disabled. Waited over two and a half hours for a taxi. Was told that some had completed the job. Went from bad to worse! Will certainly be looking next week for another regular taxi company. This one is certainly not worth using.

Okay. Some drivers speak to women unprofessionally/inappropriately. Some are really lovely. Disappointed not all can be paid with modern technology/cashless. Fast pick-ups are good.

Will never use this taxi company again. Booked a taxi 3 weeks ago for 5pm today ( Christmas Day) taxi didn’t turn up. Was told at 5.30 it was 3 mins way. At 5.45 was told I was being rude when I asked where my taxi was and they hung up on me. At 6.15 pm Still no taxi so had to use another company.
